GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
After your request has been received, you will receive a written offer for your desired tour by e-mail as soon as possible. Only when you accept my offer and clearly state this in writing by e-mail, the contract between you as a customer and me as a service provider is concluded. As soon as you receive a written booking confirmation by e-mail, the agreed date is firmly reserved for you and the contract for the desired service is legally binding.
Unless otherwise agreed, the fee for the guided tour and any additional services such as rented buses for sightseeing tours will be paid in cash on site on the day of the event against receipt or invoice.
Cancellation of the booked service must be made in writing.
Cancellation of the booked service is possible free of charge up to 15 days before the tour date.
After that the following cancellation fees apply:
- from 14 days before the tour date 20% of the agreed fee
- from 7 days before the tour date 50% of the agreed fee
- from 3 days before the tour date 80% of the agreed fee
- less than 3 days before the date of the tour or no-show 100% of the agreed fee
If the booked service includes a bus rental, other cancellation conditions may apply depending on the general terms and conditions of the respective bus provider.
These will be communicated to the customer in writing in the booking confirmation.
Should special circumstances such as illness, indisposition or similar make it impossible for me to personally complete the booked tour, I will provide an adequate, competent replacement.
If this should not succeed, the customer has the right to the fulfillment of his order at another time or, should this not be an option for him, a free cancellation of the booked service.
Changes in the agreed program in the interests of the guests or due to force majeure (weather conditions, traffic...), are reserved and do not affect the validity of the contract concluded by booking the tour.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining GTC.
